Our approach
TeacherSENS processes information needed to provide and improve the service. We aim to collect only what is reasonably required for account access, Worksheet creation, saving, support, security and product improvement.
Information we process
Depending on how you use TeacherSENS, this can include your account email address, saved Teaching Presets, Worksheet content and settings, feedback you submit, uploaded or generated visual assets, and technical or usage information needed to operate and protect the service.
AI processing
When you use AI-powered generation or regeneration features, relevant Worksheet instructions, curriculum context and content may be sent to an AI service provider so the requested output can be generated. Avoid entering student names or other unnecessary personal student information into Worksheet prompts or feedback.
Service providers
TeacherSENS uses trusted infrastructure and service providers to operate functions such as hosting, authentication, database and file storage, email delivery and AI-powered generation. Those providers process information only as needed to deliver the services used by TeacherSENS and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.
Your Worksheets and account
Saved Worksheets and Teaching Presets are associated with the authenticated TeacherSENS account that created them. TeacherSENS uses account-based access controls so teachers work with their own saved content.
Data retention and requests
TeacherSENS retains information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, investigate problems and meet applicable obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type. If you need help with your account or a privacy-related request, use the Help page while signed in.
Changes to this information
This page may be updated as TeacherSENS develops, new product capabilities are introduced or legal and operational requirements change. The date above will be updated when material changes are made.
