Using TeacherSENS
TeacherSENS is a teacher-support platform for creating, editing, saving and exporting educational resources. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly and in a way that respects the rights and privacy of others.
Teacher review remains essential
AI-generated and automatically prepared content can contain mistakes or unsuitable material. You remain responsible for reviewing accuracy, curriculum suitability, age-appropriateness and classroom suitability before using or distributing a Worksheet or other TeacherSENS output.
Student information
Do not enter student names, confidential student records or other unnecessary personally identifiable student information into prompts, Worksheet content, feedback or uploads. Use generic or anonymised information whenever learner context is needed.
Your content
You are responsible for content you enter, upload or choose to include in a Worksheet. Only use material that you are entitled to use, and do not upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
Service availability
TeacherSENS is under active development. Features may change as the product improves, and temporary interruptions can occur because of maintenance, provider outages, security work or technical problems. We aim to provide a reliable professional service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass account controls, interfere with the service, access another user's data, misuse automated generation features, or use TeacherSENS for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as TeacherSENS develops or as operational and legal requirements change. The date above will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from that point.
